if Burger King were to patent “lettuce, tomatoes, patties with whatever in between two buns”; would Shack Shack be termed “copying” Burger King because their burgers are way better?
In IOS5, Apple shamelessly copies Samsung and couple of Androids’ features.
How right you are and Samsung isn’t the only one, there are lots of companies from US to China to even India who are copying Apples’ products from ipods, iphones to ipads.
