well creating the objects from 3DS Max, Maya, and other 3d object creating software is the toughest bit ! and that too that realistic ! we i have been using 3DS Max for 6 years now and all i can say is you can create almost anything on it ! but it takes really long time ! dunno about others but it does for me! hours and day just flyby like seconds for me !
Creating stuff like that is easy, you just need a plan and some hands to help you. It doesn’t matter if you know 3D good, if theres no plan, you might fail implementing the scene. Yeah big scenes do take lot of time =/ !
